The welcome package is a perfect way to get to know your body better. Less injuries occur when we have body awareness and understand our weak points. The first session will be a mini fitness evaluation that takes you through different movements to see what areas of your body are working well and what areas need a little extra love. The next two sessions we will explore your fitness goals in more depth and create a movement plan that is tailored to your needs.
Virtual Introductory Individual Session
50 minutes | $85.00
The introductory session is intended to distinguish what areas of your body needs flexibility, stability, or strength through a functional movement assessment. The functional movement assessment will be a brief 15 min intake of your fitness goals and look at your movement ability. Your program will be customized using different pieces of Pilates equipment such as: the reformer, tower, arc, and small props. Clients also have the option to do their entire session on the mat. This session is perfect for someone who is over coming an injury, new to Pilates, and wants to improve body mechanics and performance.
