One private session and Two Group Classes

The welcome package includes one private session and two group classes. The first session will be an orientation of the equipment and learning more about your fitness goals. We will make sure to place you in a class that fits your abilities and allows for you accomplish your goals. All classes are mixed equipment to ensure that you get the most out of your Pilates private session and classes.
Introductory Individual Session

The introductory session is intended to distinguish what areas of your body needs flexibility, stability, or strength through a functional movement assessment. The functional movement assessment will be a brief 15 min intake of your fitness goals and look at your movement ability. Your program will be customized using different pieces of Pilates equipment such as: the reformer, tower, arc, and small props. Clients also have the option to do their entire session on the mat. This session is perfect for someone who is over coming an injury, new to Pilates, and wants to improve body mechanics and performance.
